Biography
Marisa Manheim is a first-year PhD student and UREx SRN Fellow. Her interests lie in how urban agriculture and community-based policy development can play a role in climate change adaptation. Previously, she directed community gardening and policy at Grow Pittsburgh and led the Pittsburgh Food Policy Council’s Urban Agriculture Working Group. She holds a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
