The Environmental Fund for Arizona (EFAZ) announced today the election of Anne Reichman of ASU’s Global Institute of Sustainability and Nadine Johnson of Maricopa County Community Colleges to their Board of Directors.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Anne and Nadine to our Board this year,” says EFAZ Executive Director, Laine Seaton. “Not only do they both bring considerable experience in sustainability issues, but they also bring a fresh perspective from the educational institutions that they represent.”
Anne Reichman is currently the Program Manager of the Sustainable Cities Network at ASU’s Global Institute of Sustainability. The network serves as a coalition of 29 cities, towns and counties that meet to share best practices and support one another in their quest to become more sustainable, livable communities. Prior to her work with ASU-GIOS, Anne worked with organizations including Scottsdale’s Green Nurture and Earth 911.
“EFAZ is a wonderful organization connecting Arizonans with important environmental and conservation groups that improve our state and quality of life,” says Reichman.
I look forward to serving on its Board and helping it grow and prosper in the future.”
