Sustainability in Paris Museums

Alas! We are in Paris! The first night we were in Paris we wandered our way to the Eiffel Tower for two hours in the rain. About halfway to the Eiffel Tower we stopped, took a break, took a group picture and were back on our way. Eventually we walked up to the masterpiece and just sat there in awe. Although we were soaking wet, every step was worth it in the end.

While we were there we studied how well they used elements of environmental, social and economic sustainability. Later that night, a few of us went to a cafe right by our hotel and had some of the best food we’ve ever experienced. I had a Penne Alfredo pasta with truffles.

Overall, the first two nights in Paris were a success!
