Fron Nahzi
Global Business Development Director

With more than 20 years of experience in international development, Fron has directed and managed multi-million dollar projects in the Balkans, Central and Eastern Europe, Caucuses, Africa, Oceania and Southeast Asia and was the Chief of Party for USAID projects in Georgia, Kosovo and Cambodia. Fron’s articles have been published in more than 20 languages, and he is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post writing on sustainability issues in developing countries.

Dan O’Neill
General Manager
Region – North America, Africa

Dan has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and community developer, having co-founded Hologix, an enterprise software company backed by $25 million in venture capital, and then directing and delivering lectures for the Technology Entrepreneurship and Management and Edson Student Entrepreneur Initiative programs at ASU. As the lead of the Resource Innovation and Solutions Network team, Dan brings rich expertise in resource management, waste, green organics, circular economy and sustainability innovation.

Rajesh Buch
Practice Lead
Region – Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa

Raj brings a unique approach to energy solutions through 15 years of experience in design engineering for Honeywell, a PhD in Sustainability and a track record in developing and implementing global programs. Raj specializes in energy solutions, including sustainable energy systems, renewable energy, sustainability assessment, greenhouse gas emissions management, circular economy and climate action planning.
