Vanessa Davis is an Executive Administrative Support Specialist at the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability. Since 2008, she has supported the Institute's Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer. She has also worked closely with the Institute's Director of Communications, Development staff and the Board of Directors for Sustainability@ASU. Vanessa provides programmatic and administrative support to the Global Consortium for Sustainability Outcomes, a network of global research institutions dedicated to scaling sustainability outcomes. She also oversees a number of ASU Wrigley Institute programs including the Stardust Center for Affordable Homes & the Family, the Neely Foundation Food & Agriculture Sustainability Research Grant program and the Martinson Sustainability Solutions Research Grant program.
Vanessa studied sustainability and sociology at ASU and has a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her research interests are embedded in social behavior change for urban sustainability. She has interned with the Environmental Protection Agency and in 2015 she traveled to Hong Kong to study urban sustainability as a Walton Global Studies Scholar. Vanessa brings ASU staff, faculty and students together to develop and manage sustainability endeavors.
