Biography
Dr. Soyoung Ahn joined Arizona State University as an Assistant Professor in August 2006. Before joining ASU, she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Portland State University, Oregon. Her primary area of research interest is in highway traffic with an emphasis on observation and experimentation and the application of quantitative methods. Other areas of interest include intelligent transportation systems applications, logistics, and public transportation. Her research has been published in Transportation Research and Transportation Research Record.
