Biography
Dr. Houston joined the department in 1984. In addition to her many research and teaching projects, Houston served as the Chair for the Soil Properties and Modeling Committee, ASCE Geo-Institute and has been active in mentoring junior women faculty through various NSF Women in Engineering Programs.
