Biography

As a technologies vendor specialist, Pratik creates financial metrics, reporting and analysis of top seven resource vendors for American Express. He also performs rate analysis to help negotiate resource rates for their top seven vendors. Outside of his existing role,he is part of the newly developed “Green Team” at American Express. It consists of individuals from different business units at Amex who are passionate about driving sustainability efforts within the company.

Capstone: Shifting the System at American Express

The objective is to get American Express to make sustainable and strategic investments by looking at opportunities in renewable energy, enhancing existing employee programs, increasing employee engagement, while helping the company reduce its carbon footprint by 10% in the next five years. Eventually shifting the entire system of American Express and its brand to becoming more sustainable at its core; one project at a time.
