Biography
Lilah C. Zautner, a second year master's student studying Environmental Resources in the School of Geographical Sciences, is also investigating the institutional vulnerability and coping capacity of rapidly growing peri-urban community water systems as they relate to the water related issues of drought, flood and scarcity.
