Biography
Gustavo is a Mexico City native and former Associate Professor, Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is also a member of APICS, The Association for Operations Management; The American Society for Quality (ASQ); and the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE).
