Biography

Estève Giraud is a PhD student in sustainability at Arizona State University. Her main focus is urban agriculture. She is investigating urban food self-reliance, and its relation to resilience and the development of care ethics. She holds a Master in Business from Toulouse Business School (France), and a Master in Economics and Management from University Pompeu Fabra (Spain).
