Biography

Ellie Snow is a senior from St. Paul, Minnesota. She switched into the School of Sustainability from engineering during her sophomore year, and is thoroughly enjoying all that SOS has to offer. She is majoring in Sustainability (BS) in the Economics of Sustainability track, is pursuing a minor in Biological Sciences, and is a Sustainability Analyst Intern with Dell. She is on the executive board of the Sustainabilibuddies peer mentoring program and is a member of the Honor Society for Sustainability. After graduation, she hopes to work for a fashion or cosmetics company on their sustainable business practices team and get an MBA. On the side, she enjoys traveling, experiencing the great outdoors, and discovering the latest vegan accessories!
