Grasshoppers are a major agricultural pest in the western United States. The Cease Lab in the School of Sustainability and School of Life Sciences at ASU is partnering with the USDA APHIS Center for Plant Health Science and Technology to raise grasshoppers year-round for tests on environmentally-friendly management methods such as biological control.
