Biography

Ellegood is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, California,and New Jersey. He earned a his BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a MS in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. He served as a commissioned officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers and is a Vietnam veteran. Ellegood is a member of the American Society of Engineers, the American Public Works Association, the Society of American Military Engineers, and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Flood and Stormwater Management Agencies.
