Biography
Jason Papenfuss is researching the relationships between mindfulness and ecologically sustainable behavior.
Attention to one's subjective experience is reported to improve measurable states of physical and mental well-being, and lead to increased self-awareness or reflexivity. Jason is particularly interested in the extent to which various contemplative practices might lead to social dynamics congruent with ecological dynamics.
