Biography

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, CaSondra Devine leads a team that works in partnership with key stakeholder groups to deepen the integration of environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility as a core business practice across Wells Fargo and throughout the communities where we work and live.

Previously, Devine held key roles within supplier diversity, supply chain, and corporate properties leading strategic outreach initiatives, spend data and reporting, marketing and communications, governance, employee engagement and other operational efficiency efforts.

Devine is also an engaged community leader devoted to corporate citizenship and the development of young leaders in her professional and personal life. Currently, Devine serves on the board of directors for the Arizona State University Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability, North American Association for Environmental Education, Envision Charlotte, Girl Scouts Hornets’ Nest, Friendship Community Development Corporation, and My Sister's House for women in transition. She also serves as an advisor for the Charlotte area Sustainable Environmental Training program, a nonprofit organization that certifies and helps place unemployed and underemployed individuals in stable, sustainability-related jobs.

Devine earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from South Carolina State University and her Masters in Organizational Development from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.

Devine resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband Ronnie and their daughter Faith.
