This month, ARAMARK / ASU Catering launched its new sustainable catering menu, Decidedly Green.  The goal of the menu is to support a more sustainable food system – one that benefits health, communities, and environment.

Decidedly Green includes a farmer’s buffet, box lunches and sandwich buffets, cold and hot hors d'ouevres, break buffets and delicious desserts.

Decidedly Green features a seasonal menu with vegan and vegetarian options, local and organic ingredients, fairly traded beverages and sustainable seafood. They source from a number of local small and medium sized farms such as Maya’s Farm at South Mountain, Sunizona and Queen Creek Olive Mill. This menu brings fresh food from the farm to the fork while supporting the local growers in Arizona.

In addition to sustainable food offerings, ARAMARK/ASU Catering has a variety of green initiatives such as 100% fryer oil recycling, commingled recycling, daily green cleaning products, reusable boxed lunches and eco-friendly disposables.

ARAMARK/ASU Catering continually strives to source locally, reduce waste and minimize their impact on the earth while upholding quality food and service.
