Kevin L. Gibson

Kevin L Gibson has a B.Sc. and Ph.D. from The Dept. of Mining Engineering, Nottingham University, UK. He has worked in mining worldwide the last 20 years of his career with Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest mining company. Gibson is a retired community college educator and speaker for Protect Our Water Arizona, a nonprofit devoted to facilitating State legislation to protect Arizona water supplies from the effects of fracking.

In his talk, Gibson will explain the risks to Arizona’s major water supply from proposed fracking over the Coconino Aquifer.
