Cheryl Heller

Cheryl Heller is a designer, writer, business strategist, educator, and builder who has taught creativity to leaders and organizations around the world. Heller is president of the Measured Lab, which she founded to investigate the contribution design makes to human health, as well as founder of the design lab CommonWise. Her book, The Intergalactic Design Guide: Harnessing the Universal Creative Energy of Social Design, is a manual for anyone wanting to use design to create a resilient future.

Social design, the design of human relationships, is a process of collaboration and co-creation toward a shared vision. In her talk, Heller will provide an overview of social design, how it works and how it can support solutions to the complex challenges we face.
