Their stories are interwoven with insights from experts including sociologist Janet Poppendieck, author Raj Patel, nutrition policy leader Marion Nestle, and activists like Witness to Hunger’s Mariana Chilton, Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio, and Oscar-winning actor Jeff Bridges.
