ASU's Night of the Open Door - Sustainability: Thinking Globally, Acting Locally

The Global Institute of Sustainability, School of Sustainability, and the Central Arizona-Phoenix Long-Term Ecological Research contribute to ASU's Night of the Open Door - Sustainability by showing you how you can make an impact in your own neighborhood and city. Activities will include computer games for children, hands-on displays about the ecology of the city, and interactive models of water use in the Valley, as well as other materials about how ASU is contributing to local and global sustainability.

What's new in 2013? Come early and join in engineering field trips for middle-schoolers or witness the exciting Vex Robotics State Championship Tournament as part of the Engineering Open House or attend the Emerge conference on the Tempe campus or join in OpenDoor@West on ASU's West campus!

Night of the Open Door is a signature event of the Arizona SciTech Festival. Co-sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, the Center for Science and the Imagination, the Biodesign Institute, and other university partners.
