Nicole Smith's career with Coca-Cola Refreshments started with her managing data for manufacturing facilities, leading energy and water efficiency training and initiatives as well as working on the recycling program. She has since transitioned to Coca-Cola North America, where she partners with customer teams to collaborate on sustainability projects.
In this talk, Nicole Smith will discuss how Coca-Cola develops strategy, collaborates with partners, and works with the entire supply chain. She will dive deep into describing the many different components of their supply chain including — agriculture ingredients, processing, distribution and delivery, shelf-life, consumer outreach, as well as some of the programs currently being utilized to make improvements across their complex system.
