Free Film Screening: Dominion

Sustainability Series

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER-- Please be on look out for new date!

CAUTION: this film shows graphic violence towards animals that you may find disturbing.

Filmed in Australia, this documentary is an uncompromising, damning exploration of the ways animals are used and abused by humans, particularly in the meat, dairy, egg, clothing, and entertainment industries.

Exposing the dark underbelly of modern animal agriculture through drones, as well as hidden and handheld cameras, this feature-length film explores the morality and validity of our dominion over the animal kingdom.

Viewer discretion is advised.

Joining us for a post-film discussion are Josephine Morris, food & nutrition specialist at Forward Food, a program of The Humane Society of the U.S., and Mike Wolf, who directs investigations for the organization Compassion over Killing.

Although the film is free, please consider donating online or bringing an in-kind donation for these local animal sanctuarys: Circle L Ranch, The Backyard Barnyard Foundation or Goats with Horns Animal Sanctuary.
