Glimpse a fascinating piece of presidential history seen through the eyes of the African Americans who worked in the White House kitchens through the centuries. James Beard award-winning author Adrian Miller tells the stories of these behind-the-scenes chefs in a discussion of his book, The President's Kitchen Cabinet: The Story of the African Americans Who Have Fed Our First Families, from the Washingtons to the Obamas.

This event features food tastings, a book signing and an audience Q&A with the author. This event is sponsored by the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University.
