Eco-Loco Arizona Renewable Energy Conference

Leisa Brug

  • Director, Governor's Office of Energy Policy

Renewable Energy projects are being implemented across the state, but many communities lack the capacity or “know-how” to initiate projects that would benefit them. The Arizona Renewable Energy Conference provides an opportunity for all communities to learn how to take the first steps to initiating renewable energy and energy saving programs for themselves and their citizens.

Sessions at this conference are targeted to getting decision-makers the information they need to move forward with programs that are available for cities, towns, and counties all across Arizona.

Speakers will talk about programs available through utilities, the State of Arizona, and federal sources. Keynote speaker, Leisa Brug from the Arizona Governor’s Office of Energy Policy, ASU's Sustainable Cities Network, and other partners will provide updates and additional information on the Arizona Rooftop Challenge.
