Our scientists are working to advance the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals. Here’s a snapshot from August 2016.
In January 2007, a cohort of six graduate students enrolled in the nation’s first School of Sustainability. Since then, enrollment in sustainability programs at ASU has grown to over 2,000 students, including nearly 200 graduate students and over 400 undergraduates enrolled in the School of Sustainability.
Over 96 percent of undergraduate sustainability alumni are employed or in graduate school, and of those, 67 percent are employed in sustainability-related positions – more than twice the national average for major-to-career match.
