The Natural Capital Protocol for the Ocean will be a framework to help businesses answer questions related to both risks and opportunities.

We invite you to join a workshop of business leaders and sustainability experts to discuss and challenge the scope and focus of this work and to identify how to maximize its impact.

Workshop objectives:

  • Discuss and challenge the scope/focus of the Natural Capital Protocol for the Ocean
  • Identify the demand for the work, business problems which need to be solved and the value proposition for this work
  • Engage champions from key sectors and stakeholder groups

We will present case studies from Bank of America, Scottish & Southern Energy and Metropolitan Touring. A full agenda is available here.

This workshop is co-sponsored by the Natural Capital Coalition, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Conservation International, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Arizona State University Center for Biodiversity Outcomes.
