Recognizing the importance of spreading indigenous culture and knowledge worldwide, the ASU School of Sustainability is excited to offer a unique three-credit class in fall 2019 aimed at exploring indigenous sustainability solutions via the Sustainability Field School model.

The course, titled “Indigenous Sustainability Solutions: Leveraging Indigenous Languages to Enhance Amazonian Biocultures” (SOS 588) is an international workshop. Participants will explore biodiversity conservation solutions working with Quechua, Achuar and Waorani.
