TJ Farms will talk about their farm and farming background and their strategies for success. Tiger Mountain Foundation will focus on another aspect of farming - the work they do improve life in an underserved community work through local food production. And Peppermint Jim will offer the story of his family’s business and how it's been transplanted successfully here to Arizona.
